21 & Done - 21 Day Free Fitness Challenge


See that sweat! That is the end result of me testing out 2 of the 3 sets of the routine I put together for my upcoming free 21 day fitness challenge and support group. I couldn't be happier. I did what I would consider the advanced level of these sets. But do not worry , these are set up for beginners and intermediates too. Each advanced set only took me 15 minutes. That's it! Perfect add on to any routine or if you only have 15 minutes. 

There are about 15 different exercises total, 6 different cardio exercises to get the blood flowing, followed by 9 different strength training exercises that use your own body weight to strengthen and tone your body. Each day works a different part of your body. Upper, lower, and core. By the end of the 21 days, you will have done a simple balanced full body workout.
