Today I decided to give this new program a try with the "Cardio 1" workout. I was not disappointed. This particular workout was 3 rounds, about 6-7 minutes each, with a short cool down at the end. No warm up, but there is a "cold start" warm up option if you need it. The exercises were simple direct, and to the point.

I liked how they were all set to a military cadence style of counting, so it let you know what pace you needed to be at. The hardest exercise was probably the burpees, but there is a modifier for those moves that are a little harder than others.

Here is my quick review of the program.

Awesome right! So check this out. I will be starting a test group for this brand new boot-camp style @home based workout that was just released, and will be there to help support you during your entire journey. I will also be completing the program for the first time myself.
